We consider all Chilled & Frozen Foods, Fresh Fruits, Fresh Vegetables and made to order Fresh Bakery items as Perishable goods.
Currently, we deliver Fresh Fruits, Vegetables and Bakery items to all of our delivery zones. However, we deliver Chilled & Frozen foods only to our Next Day delivery zone that currently covers England, Wales and Central & North East of Scotland ONLY. All British Isles are not in our Next Day delivery zone.
If you are currently living outside our next day delivery zone, you will not be able to place your order with any Frozen Food added to your shopping basket. But we are happy to deliver Frozen & Chilled foods outside the Next Day delivery zone with you accepting the risk of any damage.
We will package all Chilled & Frozen foods in your order with ice packs and especially made frozen food packaging to ensure that your frozen products will stay frozen and sufficiently chilled for the duration of the delivery. Usually, the packaging method should last for longer than 24 hours. However, this may not be the case during the summer months due to the hot weather conditions.
Our couriers have a good track record of delivering all orders to our next day delivery zone customers in under 24 hours from dispatch to delivery.
If your order has chilled and/or frozen products in it, it is your responsibility to;
- provide the correct and accurate delivery address
- not request delivery address changes once the parcel is dispatched
- provide a working mobile phone number
- monitor the delivery tracking sent to your email and mobile phone via text
- be available to accept your order on the day of delivery
- be available to answer the phone if the delivery driver is unable to find your address
- provide the necessary access to our delivery drivers.
If your frozen product order was unable to deliver on-time due to any of the above reasons or as a result of delivery rescheduled by you (including delivery to a parcel shop or another address or delivery on a later date), we cannot guarantee the quality of frozen product and we will not be able to accept any damages to your products or refund you for the perished goods.
We would request all our customer to buy at least any 4 products from the Frozen and Chilled food range as this will help us to bring the frozen food delivery cost to a minimum. We thank you for your understanding.
