It's easy to sell and earn with us 

We built our seller platform simple and better compared to market leading selling platforms to provide you an easier way to sell your products and services worldwide.

If you are already registered with us as a seller, simply login to your account and keep selling. If you are new to our marketplace, please read the information and follow the instructions below.

  • Ceylon Supermart is Europe's pioneering online retailer for Sri Lankan groceries and operating from London for the past 15 years. We are selling our own products and now allow individual & business sellers to sell their products & services on our marketplace platform for a fee.
  • Our marketplace platform provides a simple and straightforward option to sell with Global market is opened for everyone.
  • To become a seller you need to register first and we will review your application and approve your account if you pass our checks & requirements.
  • Once your application is approved you can login to your account and then perform a few simple setup activities listed below before you can start selling.
  • You don't need to stock your products with us, seel from your home and dispatch only when you sell your products.

Start selling by following the simple steps below:

  1. Once your account is approved, login to your account with the username & password you setup at registration.
  2. Go to Settings menu and amend your seller (or Brand) details as required; add a logo, update description, your contact details, etc.
  3. In Settings, add Shipping rates - this is a MUST have setup! Without shipping rates added your products will not be sold. Ensure to select the pre-defined delivery zones and add your shipping criteria (based on order value or order weight). Make sure to add a suitable shipping rate to each of the market (Europe, North America, Middle-East, etc).
  4. Crete a discount code if you wish to share or promote with your potential customers or add to the listing description of your products. Make sure to save all your changes.
  5. Start listing your products or services under Products and promote your listing via social-media or email to potential customers/groups.
  6. Once your products are sold, we will email you to notify of the sale and/or send a pop-up message to your account if you are already logged in.
  7. In the Orders page you will see all details of the orders to fulfil
  8. Securely pack your orders to suit the delivery method & time and use a reputed courier service with tracking facilities. Go to the order enter the tracking number and service information and fulfil the order.
  9. We will automatically notify your buyer that their order is on the way and they can track their order too.
  10. Once the order is securely delivered, we will settle your dues. Do not provide your bank details to anyone approaching you.
  11. We charge 15% commission from all orders and any shipping costs, and this can be changed without prior notice. However, we will do our best to inform you in advance. You can check all your earnings and dues in the Finance tab.
  12. Selling on our marketplace is subject to our terms & conditions.
